Performances of the beloved Mozart opera begin with the Opening Show on Friday, January 21st, 2022 and take place through February 18th. On February 3, 2022, The Marriage of Figaro will be broadcast live on Culturebox, in UGC and CGR cinemas, and in independent cinemas in France and throughout the world.

Gustavo speaks about the Mozart masterpiece: “The Marriage of Figaro is one of the first works I conducted, at the age of twelve or thirteen, during my musical training. I studied it at length with my teacher José Antonio Abreu. We dissected it every week, analyzing its musical structure as well as its libretto, exchanging ideas about it. Since those years, it has been part of my life.”
