Gustavo Dudamel makes LA Opera debut leading "La bohème"

On June 10 & 12, Gustavo Dudamel makes his Los Angeles Opera debut leading Puccini's La bohème.
The production, designed by Herbert Ross and directed by Peter Kazaras, features Nino Machaidze as Mimi, Mario Chang as Rodolfo, Janai Brugger as Musetta, Giorgio Caoduro as Marcello, Kihun Yoon as Schaunard, Nicholas Brownlee as Colline and Philip Cokorinos as Benoit.
The Los Angeles performances come on the heels of Gustavo's Vienna State Opera debut in April conducting Puccini's Turandot, as well as his return to the Salzburg Festival with the Simón Bolívar Symphony Orchestra of Venezuela leading Leonard Bernstein's West Side Story
