Dudamel leads GSO in an all 20th-century program
This month Gustavo Dudamel returns to the Gothenburg Symphony, where he is in his fourth season as Music Director, to lead the orchestra in a program of 20th century masterpieces: Webern's Passacaglia, Berg's Seven Early Songs, and Stravinsky's L'Oiseau de feu (or The Firebird). For these concerts, the soloist for the Berg is English soprano Geraldine McGreevy. The first concert is on November 25 with repeat performances on the 26 and 27.
